Barrier Gates, 29 Palms CA [ View Photos ]
This project was located in 29 Palms CA. This project consisted of the construction and installation of security barrier gates at 44 building locations throughout the base. All concrete activities were self performed.
Blackjack Infrastructure, Fort Hunter Liggett CA [ View Photos ]
This project was located within Army Reserve Base Fort Hunter Liggett CA. This project consisted of nearly two miles of 12" water main and 8" fire line. This project also includes 25 fire hydrants, one high lift fill station and a remote SCADDA monitoring system.
Bronchoscopy Suite Addition and Tenant Improvements [ View Photos ]
This project took place at the Naval Medical Hospital, San Diego CA. Site work consisted of the complete demolition removal and remodel of two interior suites to accommodate the new Bronchoscopy Suite. The project included the installation of a negative air filtration system, addition of VAV boxes and controls, a completely revised electrical plan, new fire sprinkler system, electrified doorways, case work, metal studs/drywall, painting and epoxy flooring system.
Facility Upgrades (BLDG 205, 207, 208, & 230) Fort Hunter Liggett, Design Build [ View Photos ]
These upgrades were concentrated in the Soldiers laundry areas on all three (3) floors of each building. Our task was to expand an existing area that previously had space for four (4) washing machines and four (4) drying machines into a space that would receive eight (8) washing machines and eight (8) drying machines. The infrastructure to double the capacity of these areas included the up sizing of all utilities including hot and cold water domestic piping, increased sewer sizing, increased venting and vent halation, new lighting, fire alarm systems and flooring.
Fresno Supreme Office Buildings [ View Photos ]
This project took place in Fresno CA. Site work consisted of the construction of two masonry constructed multi story buildings totaling 18,000 SF. Working as the masonry subcontractor for this project we installed in excess of 12,000 units of CMU, 140 cubic yards of concrete and 7 tons of masonry rebar.
Fresno Yosemite International Airport Aviation Facility Remodel, McDonald Aviation [ View Photos ]
This project consisted of a remodel of the largest private aircraft facility at the Fresno Yosemite International Airport for McDonald Aviation and Signature Flight Support, the largest international flight based operator. The project included remodeling of the executive terminal, pilot lounge and sleeps rooms, an airport customer ramp side entry addition and a tarmac lighting upgrade.
General Services Administration Radio Maintenance Facility, Design Build
This project is a TI for the Federal Government and is a facility for automotive radio installation and repairs. Project delivery was performed under the design-build project team approach. Project scope included a 4000 SF automotive shop with 2000 SF of high security offices; radio frequency shielded data room, and security access control systems. Due to the high security level of the facility, we are not able to provide pictures of the project process or completion.
Grenade Launch Range, Fort Hunter Liggett CA [ View Photos ]
This project was located within Army Reserve Base Fort Hunter Liggett CA. This project consisted of a 10 acre site that supports four main masonry structures for training purposes. These structures include a Range Control Tower, Bleacher Area, Solar Canopy Area and Down Range Targets.
The site work consisted of mass earth moving and re-balancing of a 30 acre site, over excavation and re-compaction of all Access Roads and Building Pad areas. Communications included the installation and tie in of existing communications and telephone to the new structures. Primary power included the installation of multiple primary power poles and transformer. The construction of the structures included slab on grade concrete, masonry shell and metal roofing. All concrete and masonry activities were self performed.
Hand Grenade Range, Fort Hunter Liggett CA [ View Photos ]
This project was located within Army Reserve Base Fort Hunter Liggett CA. This project consisted of a 15 acre site that supports six main masonry structures for training purposes. These structures include a Range Control Tower, Bleacher Area, Solar Canopy Area, Down Range Facilities, Observation Bunker and Ammo Break Down.
The site works consisted of mass earth moving and re-balancing of a 30 acre site, over excavation and re-compaction of all Access Roads and Building Pad areas. Communications included the installation and tie in of existing communications and telephone to the new structures. Primary power included a tie in to an existing range facility. The construction of the structures included slab on grade concrete and cast in place concrete, masonry shell and metal roofing. All concrete and masonry activities were self performed.
Hanger 3 NAS Lemoore [ View Photos ]
This project is for the US Navy located at the Naval Air Station in Lemoore, CA. It consists of providing a new epoxy floor in an existing 61,000 SF building in multiple phases. The work includes abatement of the existing flooring system and removal and replacement of existing equipment. Each phase of the work is fully contained with an air filtration system that provides for six (6) air changes per hour. This is done to protect construction staff and Naval personnel from dust, debris and chemical inhalants. The epoxy floor system includes a three (3) part epoxy system, multiple colors, logos and line delineation, all per Naval specifications.
KC-10 Cargo Training Facility, Travis AFB [ View Photos ]
As a subcontractor to Soltek-Pacific we were tasked with the completion of all masonry reeds on this project. This included a perimeter site wall for the training facility, loading dock area, perimeter of the building and other various masonry structures.
Kerman Dental, Kerman CA, Design Build [ View Photos ]
This Project was located in Kerman CA. This project consisted of the complete renovation to an existing 5,000 SF building to sever as a future rural dental office. The work consisted of asbestos abatement, demolition of all existing infrastructure including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and all finish items. The new construction consisted of new mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and communication systems. The new finishes included plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, dental chairs/equipment, painting, doors and hardware. All concrete activities were self performed.
Light Demolition Range, Fort Hunter Liggett CA [ View Photos ]
This project was located within Army Reserve Base Fort Hunter Liggett CA. This project consisted of a 30 acre site that contains multiple training areas. They included a Wire Obstacle, Concrete Obstacle, Timber Cutting Obstacle, Steel Cutting Obstacle, Mine Field Obstacle, Road Crater Obstacle, Explosive Storage Obstacle and Missile Proof Shelters.
The site work consisted of mass earth moving and rebalancing of a 30 acre site, over excavation and re-compaction of all Access Roads, Shelter Roads and Building Pad areas. Communications included the installation and tie in of existing communications and telephone to the new structures. The construction of the various structures differed in methods. They include slab on grade construction, cast in place concrete, precast concrete and rail road tie construction. All structural and decorative concrete were self performed activities.
Loop Valve Repairs, NAS Lemoore [ View Photos ]
This project was located with Naval Air Station Lemoore CA. It consisted of repairing and replacing the concrete man holes, grates, ladders and lids that protect the valves for the Jet Fueling System on the tarmac. There were a total of 8 locations. To accommodate Naval Air Men and various Squadrons this project was completed in multiple phases.
Modified Records Fire Range [ View Photos ]
This project was located at Fort Hunter Liggett CA. Site work consisted of 40 acres of civil work, various types of underground utilities and power pole placement activities. The above ground structures included six masonry structures including a range operations control tower, operations building, storage building, ammo break down building, covered mess hall and bleacher enclosures. All masonry work was self performed on this project. Down range construction included 144 target placements and associated fox holes, electrical, low-voltage and various types of limit markers.
Orchard Supply, Fresno (Fig Garden Loop) CA [ View Photos ]
This project was located in Fresno CA. This project consisted of the complete interior demolition of an existing 50,000 SF building and demolition of 6,000 SF of roof for the future Garden Center. The new work consisted of new concrete foundations for various wall types, polished flooring, light gauge metal framing, drywall, new storefront system, new mechanical systems, lighting, electrical and controls, security, cctv, structural steel and painting throughout. All concrete and masonry activities were self performed.
Ponderosa Telephone Administration Building [ View Photos ]
This project was located in a remote mountain community in O'Neals CA. Site work consisted of various types of underground utilities, a 35,000 gallon fire water storage tank, a 4,000 gallon septic tank system and a 16,500 cubic foot ponding basin to assist with storm water runoff. The building is an 8,800 SF slab on grade wood framed structure with cementitious siding and a rolled truss roofing systems. The interiors included metal studs, drywall, t-bar ceilings, electrified doors and security system.
Primary Entry Point Expansion, Reedley CA [ View Photos ]
This project was located in Reedley CA and is security sensitive. This project consisted of earth moving activities to create building pads and roads for future structures, concrete foundations, precast structures, new electrical and control systems, fuel piping, emergency generating systems and a 6,000 gallon fuel tank. All concrete activities were self performed.
Simulation Campus (HICON, EXCON, HSTL) Fort Hunter Liggett, Design Build [ View Photos ]
This project is located within the Army Reserve Base Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. This Design Build project consists of two 5,000 SF Educational Facilities (EXCON, HICON) and one 7,000 SF Training/Warehouse (HSTL), all of which were designed and built per UFC guidelines and per the requirements of ARMY personnel. The site work consisted of Civil over exaction, compaction and import of required soil for all three buildings. Site utilities included the tie in of new sewer and domestic facilities. Life safety included a fully looped fire suppression system to ensure no failures. Primary power included the installation of one primary location of metering for all three buildings and secondary's to each structure. Communications included the installation and tie in of existing communication and telephone to the new structures. The building structures consisted of slab on grade construction with an insulated metal building above. The interiors include metal studs, drywall, t-bar ceilings, lighting, fire suppression system, fire alarm system, class room communications systems and epoxy flooring throughout. These class room environments are fully conditioned spaces designed to withstand the harsh winter and summer conditions of the area.
State Farm, Fresno CA, Design Build [ View Photos ]
This project was located in Fresno CA. This project consisted of the complete renovation to an existing 2,500 SF building to sever as a future State Farm office. The work consisted of demolition of all existing finishes including ceilings, lighting, flooring, doors and hardware. The new construction consisted of a new space plan including metal studs and drywall, new lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, flooring, doors and hardware. All concrete activities were self performed.
United Health Centers [ View Photos ]
This project was located in a remote rural community in Parlier CA. Work consisted of a 1,500 SF addition to an existing medical facility and 10,000 SF of complete removal and remodel of the interior medical pods, labs, x-ray room, dental pods and administration space. The interiors consisted of metal studs, drywall, t-bar, lighting, security, fire alarm system, new mechanical systems both wet and dry, flooring and casework. The exterior received a complete upgrade to its cementitious skin, windows, doors and a new main entry way structure. This building also received an emergency generator system.
Villa Paseo Residential Development [ View Photos ]
This project took place in Tulare CA. The site work included nearly 5,000 lineal feet of CMU walls ranging from six to twelve feet in height. Working as the masonry subcontractor for this project we installed in excess of 50,000 units of cmu, 1,200 cubic yards of concrete and 25 tons of masonry rebar.
Wounded Warrior Recovery Center, 29 Palms CA [ View Photos ]
This project was located at 29 Palms CA. The project consisted of complete renovation of an existing 5,000 SF building to ensure compliance to all ADA requirements. The work consisted of asbestos abatement, demolition of all existing finishes, installations of all new finish items (flooring, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, fire alarm etc) and a new communications system. This project also included the installation of a new parking lot. The site work consisted of structural concrete, masonry retaining walls, site lighting, storm drainage and AC paving. All concrete and masonry activities were self performed.
