This project was located at 29 Palms, CA. The project consisted of the complete renovation of an existing 5,000 square foot building to ensure compliance to all ADA requirements. The work consisted of asbestos abatement, demolition of all existing finishes, installation of all new finish items (flooring, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, fire alarm etc.) and a new communications system. This project also included the installation of a new parking lot. The site work consisted of structural concrete, masonry retaining walls, site lighting, storm drainage and AC paving. All concrete and masonry activities were self-performed.
