Camarena pace facility, madera, CA

Competed by Cooper Chase Construction in September 2026, this project consisted of an extensive remodel and

complete reimagining of an existing building, transformed into a welcoming Creative Senior Center that

serves the holistic needs of older adults. The facility brings together medical care, physical therapy, nutritious meals,

bathing assistance, and recreational activities under one roof creating a vibrant, supportive environment designed to

help seniors remain active and independent in their community. The entire project was delivered in just ten months from start to finish
