Project overview

This project was located in Petaluma, CA. This project was a design build Child Development Center for the United States Coast Guard. The project consisted of the demolition of existing structures, mass over excavation and re compaction of existing soil and the construction of 5,760 square foot building. The new building was constructed of multiple modular units. Additional construction included metal studs and drywall, new lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, flooring, doors and hardware. All earth work, concrete and masonry activities were self-performed.
